The majority of restaurants in Kiev have a service charge already included to the bill, which is usually form 5 to 10 percent.  This is done for the reason that Ukrainians are not used to giving tips not mentioning good tips. So for the restaurant-goers the best visitors are foreigners who are used to giving tips if they are satisfied with the excellent service.
