Our driver will pick you up at the airport\railway\bus station and transfer you directly to the reserved apartment in a timely and safe manner. If you do not speak Russian or Ukrainian, local taxi drivers may overcharge you, in addition your safety is never fully guaranteed. Our drivers know the shortest routes and all apartment locations to ensure your prompt and comfortable ride. In those rare cases of changing the apartment (if any problem occurs), all drivers are informed about new apartment address by cell phones.  If you do not plan to use our transfer services please call us two hours prior to your check in time, and our manager will meet you at the given apartment address. All guests are met by the manager and transferred to the apartment, where you sign rent agreement (in English), and take your keys. On your departure day the manager will check on damage/problem caused, return your security/damage deposit and take your keys. Our driver will deliver you to the airport at any time necessary.
